Purchasing a Domain
Please read carefully all information for each domain before purchasing or making an offer.
Sale is of domains only unless otherwise indicated. No content is included unless stated. Listing of a domain does not guarantee availability as they may be advertised elsewhere. Domains are sold on a first come first served basis, and we attempt to keep domain listings up to date.. You will be informed as soon as possible if your order is successful. If you have already made a payment via PayPal, and you are not successful, this will be refunded in full.
Domains with a price indicated can be purchased online via Buy Now link (processed by PayPal). These prices are not negotiable. Domain names over a certain value require a deposit to be paid on order. The balance will be processed by an Escrow service to protect both parties.
Domains without a price invite offers via the form provided. If you make an offer for a domain and do not receive a response within 7 business days then your offer was considered too low. Only serious offers are guaranteed a reply. Please do not make an offer unless you are prepared to be bound be it, should it be accepted. Offers or counter offers are only valid for 7 days.
Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be made, so purchase responsibly. We will consider viable options for extreme cases.
MustardNames reserves the right to reject any offer.
TRANSFER OF DOMAIN OWNERSHIP
Domains will be pushed same day (of purchase and clearing of payment) to the account of the new registrant (buyer) at the registrar of record. If the buyer wishes to transfer to another registrar then the domain will be unlocked same day and buyer will initiate the transfer from his/her registrar of choice. Registrar transfer normally takes about 7 days to complete. Domain push is normally the same day. (The transfer will normally be quicker if you already have an account with the named registrar, or open one befre before transfer). The buyer is responsible for any registration fees they incur.
In order to guarantee timely transfer of ownership you must provide all pertinent and accurate info. Any incomplete information may result in unnecessary delay.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the domain name’s registration is maintained regularly after the purchase by payment of the registrar's fee. If you do not maintain the annual registration fee, you will almost certainly lose the domain. We have no control over the domain once it is registered in the name you nominate.

- Paypal - for lower value domain names, and for deposits on high value domain names.
- Escrow - for balances on high value domain names
- Direct Bank Deposit/BACS (available only to customers based in the United Kingdom)
Paypal
Our website can process payments via Paypal.
We cannot proceed with the domain transfer until Paypal confirms that the funds have being cleared.
In order to protect both the buyer and seller from fraud, where transaction amounts exceed a specified limit, the balance is payable via Escrow.
Direct Bank Deposit/BACS
If the buyer is based in the United Kingdom, then it may be easier for the buyer to do a direct bank deposit or by making a BACS payment. We will supply the details necessary to the buyer in order to carry out the transaction.
